Asset Searches

Asset searches are absolutely necessary prior to pursuing any action that depends on a recovery sufficient to justify the effort.  Aside from confirming that certain assets are reachable, it also assists in ascertaining the value of the asset and any interest third parties may hold.

These searches also identify "negative" assets such as bankruptcy filings, default judgments, and tax liens that would make perfecting a claim difficult.
